I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great location near the heart of Madrid. However, the lack of a window in the room was a downside. The value for money was reasonable, but the shower could use some improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Madrid surrounded by everything you could need. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a true feeling of comfort. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, which was a slight drawback for me.
